Job Details

The ideal candidate for the position will possess the following qualifications

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction litigation matters.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in civil litigation matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
