Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Pasadena, CA office in a full-time hybrid role. You will manage a caseload of litigation and non-litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft documents, and appear in court.

You will work with cross-functional teams, provide advice to clients, and participate in business development initiatives with an entrepreneurial drive. California bar membership and 3+ years of construction litigation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active California bar membership.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to communicate complex legal ideas to diverse audiences and collaborate.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
