Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in construction litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
• Experience handling construction (CD) claims and A/E claims is required.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction-related litigation before state and federal courts and administrative bodies.
• Manage all phases of litigation including research, drafting, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials as part of construction and design professional matters.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop and execute litigation strategies.
