Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our busy Construction Law and Litigation practice in Ft. Lauderdale. The focus will be on large multi-party construction defect cases. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, academic credentials from a top 25 law school, and preferably construction litigation experience. Florida Bar membership is required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law
• Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
