Job Details

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 2+ years of recent business litigation experience for our Chicago office.

Requirements

• Experience with investigation, management, and discovery of large collections of documents and electronic discovery.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Experience with commercial construction litigation, delay and impact claims, mechanics lien claims, construction surety bonds, drafting agreements, construction defect claims, insurance coverage related to construction, and representing design professionals.
• Deposition, pretrial, and trial experience, with a technical background in design or construction preferred.
