Job summary

Ergon Inc. is seeking a Construction Lead/Planner in Vicksburg, MS to support the Maintenance/Engineering Department. The role plans, schedules resources, and coordinates materials for capital and maintenance projects.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years’ experience in maintenance/construction, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of SAP and Primavera. Safe work practices and report generation are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED. A BS degree in an engineering/technical field is preferred.
• Requires 5 years' experience in maintenance, construction, or operations, or assessed as qualified by management.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of mechanical repairs, welding, pipefitting, carpentry, instrumentation and electrical.
• Experience with Windows, Excel, Word; Primavera preferred.
