We are seeking qualified candidates who are focused on project success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all of the company's safety procedures.

Position Responsibilities

Construction laborers work in every phase of building activity. These activities may include handling power and manual tools, sawing and nailing, operating motorized equipment, installation and removal of construction material at considerable heights above the ground with fall protection measures in place, and other duties as assigned. The work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength. The job involves lifting up to 75 pounds, stooping, carrying, and bending frequently. The environment is exclusively outdoors, often in all weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds of material.
• Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Regularly use hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

Preferred Experience

Preference is given to candidates with a minimum of 6 months construction labor work experience and who meet or exceed performance expectations.
