Wages:

• $22.20 to $29.60 per REGULAR TIME hour (based on experience)
• $33.30 to $44.40 per OVERTIME hour [anything past 8 hours in a day is automatic overtime] (based on experience)

Position Overview

Construction Laborers at Brooks Construction Company, Inc. may be assigned to various crews, including Concrete, Asphalt Paving, or Dirt/Pipe/Prep/Site Development. Flexibility to work across these areas is required.

Responsibilities

1. Perform general construction labor duties safely and efficiently to ensure quality results.
2. Assist with traffic control duties, including flagging and handling traffic control materials.
3. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours/overtime with little notice.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 70 miles from the office at own expense.
• Compliance with Drug Free & Alcohol-Free Workplace policies.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Exceptional attendance, punctuality, dependability, and work ethic.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
• Ability to wear PPE and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior construction experience required, but relevant hands-on experience is a plus.
