About Us:
We are a leading company in the field of historical building restoration, dedicated to preserving the beauty and integrity of historic structures. From meticulous masonry repairs to roofing restorations, we take pride in combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to ensure timeless results.

Position Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will:
  • Assist in the restoration of historical buildings, including masonry, roofing, and carpentry work.
  • Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, tools, and materials.
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, and repair tasks with care to preserve historical integrity.
  • Work closely with skilled tradespeople to learn and apply specialized restoration techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and transport materials such as stone, brick, clay tile, slate, and copper.
  • Assist in the installation and repair of historical roofing systems, including slate and tile.
  • Mix and apply mortars, plasters, and other traditional materials.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety guidelines and preservation standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction or restoration work (preferred but not required; training available).
  • Passion for historical architecture and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle demanding labor tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the field of historical restoration.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay: $20.00 hourly to $25.00 hourly based on skillset and experience

  • Overtime Pay: Overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
