TerraFirma is seeking a Construction Laborer in Tumwater, WA. You will prepare trucks, perform hands-on installation work, and support a crew with access to training, tools, and equipment. The job emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, digging, backfilling, assisting with installations, and handling materials up to 50 lbs in crawlspaces or basements. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction or related trade experience.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted; team lifting for heavier loads.
• Comfortable in crawlspaces and basements for extended periods.
• Familiar with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Perform digging, backfilling, and job site cleanup.
• Assist with product installations under Foreman direction.
• Carry and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
• Work in crawlspaces/basements safely.
• Work outdoors in all weather while following safety standards.
• Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Show up consistently and reliably.
