Overview
We’re looking for full-time Construction Laborers who are ready to hit the road. This is a traveling position, staying in hotels nightly, working hands-on outdoors, and building a long-term career in the telecom industry. What We’re Looking For

- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet most of the day
- Willing to travel and work overtime when needed (per diem and hotels provided)
- Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn
- Clean, insurable driving record required
- Class A CDL is a bonus if you have one, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
- Hand-dig to expose utilities using shovels, post hole diggers, or picks
- Help install conduit, fiber, vaults, pedestals, anchors, and other underground infrastructure
- Backfill and compact soil, clean up job sites, and restore property to its original condition
- Work safely around heavy equipment and live utilities
- Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow directions, stay alert, and take pride in doing the job right
Qualifications
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Clean, insurable driving record required; Class A CDL is a bonus but not required
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred; if not already certified, training is provided and paid for by the company
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as required
- Willing to stay in hotels as part of a traveling crew
- Willing to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
- Able to follow directions, read basic prints or layouts, and use hand tools safely
- Experience with digging, trenching, or construction work is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with underground utilities, fiber installation, or directional drilling is a plus
- Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation
$19 - $25 hourly
