Qualifications

• Performs physical labor on construction sites as directed by supervisor.
• Operates hand and power tools as needed on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects.
• Follows safety policies and procedures to ensure proper completion of projects.
• Capable of climbing scaffolds/ladders and working in varied weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate hand and power tools including drills and hammers.
• Clean and prepare construction sites and dispose of debris.
• Load and unload construction materials manually or with equipment.
