Job summary

McBride Homes in Missouri is seeking laborers to work at our communities in the Truesdale area. This is full-time steady work year round with benefits after 60 days of employment.

Salary ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour. Duties include cleaning rubble, loading/unloading trucks, and keeping sites safe and organized. Assist Superintendents to ensure high-quality homes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational school or trade experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• 1–5 years of experience on a job site.
• Experience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning up rubble, debris, and removing waste materials from job sites.
• Loading/unloading trucks and hauling/hoisting materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site; securing tools at end of day.
• Assisting Superintendents to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
