Job summary

Responsibilities include material handling, site prep, and equipment maintenance. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and strong teamwork to meet project goals in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong stamina and be able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and carry tools and materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, debris removal, trenching, and setting up temporary structures.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Support carpenters, electricians, masons, and other trades on site.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Assist with demolition, concrete work, and other construction tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
