You will clean and prepare construction sites, load and unload materials, dig trenches, and operate heavy equipment as needed. The role requires physical work outdoors in all weather and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
• Operating and tending miscellaneous heavy equipment.
• Support daily operations as directed by the superintendent.
