C2MG Builders, Inc. in Brookline, MA is seeking a dependable Laborer to join our hands-on construction team. You will perform general labor, site prep, and material handling, while safely using basic tools and assisting with trailers, trucks, and small equipment.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience in construction, agriculture, landscaping, or similar physical labor preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Willingness to learn and adapt to job-site needs.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction labor including site cleanup and material handling.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites.
Hook up, load, and unload trash trailers and small machinery.
Drive trucks with attached trailers as needed (valid license).
Assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Follow supervisor instructions and work independently when required.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
