Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.
• Prefers math skills including fractions.
• Ability to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with installation of construction materials (pipes, concrete, steel).
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
