Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel and comply with background and drug screening.
• Duke Energy badging requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with on-site tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Perform basic measurements and assist in layout and assembly of structures.
• Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment.
