  • Perform basic measurements and assist in layout and assembly of structures.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Support team members in tasks such as mixing concrete, assembling scaffolding, and digging trenches.
  • Maintain equipment and tools by cleaning and storing them properly after use.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED desired
  • Knowledge of construction tools and materials required
  • Successful completion of the Duke Energy badging requirements
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor for extended periods

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
