Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking an experienced Skid Steer/Tractor Operator in Tennessee to assist with temporary rock drives, debris removal, and sediment removal. Street sweeping for residential and commercial sites may be required. Daily use of vehicles and tools will be involved.

The role emphasizes safe operation, professional representation, and meeting daily/weekly goals while working outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a skid steer or tractor (required).
• Experience pulling a trailer (required).
• Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements (required).
• A valid DOT medical card (required).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physically fit for outdoor work in various weather.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew Leader each morning.
• Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials.
• Always represent Greenrise in a professional manner to customers and homeowners.
• Complete all machine work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise quality.
• Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with crew leader and fellow crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s output.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly.
• Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command.
