Job summary

Green Rise Inc. in Hendersonville, TN, seeks an experienced Skid Steer/Tractor Operator to support erosion control and site maintenance projects.

You will assist with debris removal, sediment control, and street sweeping on residential and commercial sites using a skid steer, tractor, and hand tools as needed. Applicants should have prior experience operating a skid steer or tractor, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a skid steer or tractor (required)
• Experience Pulling a Trailer (required)
• A valid Georgia driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record (required)
• A valid DOT medical card (required)
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills working as part of a team.
• Commitment to customer service and ability to represent oneself in a professional manner.
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic ability to read and write legibly.
• High character, honesty and integrity essential
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision at times.
• Ability to consistently utilize good judgement and make sound decisions.

• Follow all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with crew leader and fellow crew members.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s output.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly.
• Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command.

Job Summary
