1. Hard working, focused, driven and must be able to work the Night Shift (3rd Shift)
2. Mechanically inclined and able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus
3. Must be able to be flexible with their schedule – we are dependent on the weather
4. Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – In the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders
5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and SAFETY focused environment
6. Valid Medical Card
7. OSHA 30 Certification
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
9. Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
10. To perform duties of this job, this person must have good people skills and a positive attitude
