Qualifications

• Construction experience is preferred but not required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision.
• Perform demolition and site preparation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
