Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to support field crews on various civil construction projects in Texas. This entry-level role emphasizes safety, materials handling, site cleanup, and assisting with traffic control setups and concrete-related tasks.

You will work under supervision of the Foreman and Leadman, gaining hands-on skills outdoors and progressing toward more specialized field roles as you demonstrate reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and learn basic tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other conditions.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and small power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks, including digging, spreading, leveling, carrying, staging, and moving materials, tools, and supplies.
• Clean and prepare jobsites, tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment.
• Support skilled crew members with concrete, street, traffic signal, bridge, and general civil construction activities.
• Use basic hand tools and small power tools under supervision.
