FSM, a Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Rochester Hills, MI.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew, traveling (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel within the local area to serve customers at their homes.
• Assist in installing our products and services under supervision.

Requirements:

• Load/deliver materials, perform site setup and cleanup.
• Digs and backfills trenches/holes.
• Lift heavy objects.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in adverse conditions, enter crawl spaces.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., perform physical labor, and stand/walk for long periods.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Excellent stamina and visual acuity for reading and computer work.
