Construction Laborer-Installer

Groundworks is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Bluffdale, UT.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew, traveling (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping are a great fit for this position.

• Bi-weekly pay & weekly bonus opportunities. The average installer earns $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

• Traveling around the local area to serve customers in their homes.
• Installing products and services under supervision of trained professionals.
• Being a team player committed to the success of the team and organization.
• Listening well and following instructions closely.
• Performing strenuous labor daily, with hard work rewarded.

Requirements to join as a General Laborer - Installer:

• Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site.
• Performing setup and cleanup tasks at the work site.
• Diging and backfilling trenches/holes as needed.
• Lifting heavy objects.
• Walking and standing for long periods.
• Performing strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
• Entering crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, performing strenuous physical labor.
• Using muscles to support over time without fatigue, lifting and carrying heavy loads.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Excellent stamina.
• Ability to read reports, data, and information on screens.
