• Assist foremen and equipment operators with daily project tasks.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned to support project completion.

This position supports underground utility installation, site development, grading, and excavation projects. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and eager to learn and grow in the heavy civil construction industry.

• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license ; CDL is a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
