Job Summary

This position involves performing a variety of tasks across new construction and rehabilitation projects, working with an assigned crew or in conjunction with other Construction Supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience or technical training in construction, building trades, or related field, demonstrating knowledge of techniques such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or maintenance

General Requirements

• Pass medical and respirator fit testing upon conditional employment and annually thereafter
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with adequate insurance
• Current PA State Police Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI Clearances within 90 days of employment, and Motor Vehicle Record check
• Ability to perform essential functions, including climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting up to 60 pounds unassisted or 100 pounds assisted, working in confined spaces, and wearing safety gear

Special Job Requirements

• Obtain a passing grade in all courses required for Retrofit Installer Technician within 18 months of hire
