Job summary

Lehman-Roberts Company, a Granite Company, seeks construction laborers for outdoor site work including digging, grading, and concrete/asphalt tasks. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50–100 pounds, and comfortable performance of repetitive tasks in varying weather.

On-the-job training is provided; candidates should be able to stand/walk long periods and follow precise instructions to ensure safety and quality on highway and surface projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience.
• On the job training required.
• Ability to follow specific directions.

Responsibilities

• Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel.
• Lift, carry, and hold materials and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials with hand tools.
• Join, wrap and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform routine non-machine tasks like removing forms and filling joints.
