Job summary

TradeWorX is seeking dependable Construction Laborers for a retaining wall and hardscape project in the East Earl, PA area. This hands-on outdoor role requires stacking blocks, cutting geogrid, moving materials, and supporting a crew on a 4–6 month assignment starting around late October 2026.

Ideal candidates will be safety-conscious, punctual, and ready to work with accuracy and teamwork in a busy outdoor environment. Compensation is hourly with overtime potential.

Construction Laborer Hardscape TradeWorX is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for a retaining wall and hardscape construction project in the East Earl, PA area. This is a hands‑on, outdoor position involving stacking, retaining wall blocks, cutting geogrid, moving materials, and supporting an active construction crew. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, follow safety procedures, and can commit to a consistent work schedule. The assignment is expected to last approximately 4 6 months, depending on project needs and performance.

Pay & Overtime Pay Rate: $22 $24 per hour, based on experience. Overtime may be available depending on hours worked. Eligible overtime hours are paid in accordance with applicable law.

Schedule

• Monday Thursday: 6: 30 AM 4: 30 PM
• Friday: 6: 30 AM 1: 00 PM

Location: Lenhartsville, PA. Expected Start: Monday, October 26, 2026

Previous experience in general construction, landscaping, hardscape installation, masonry labor, or retaining wall work is helpful, but specialized masonry experience is not required. We value a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a willingness to support the crew.
