TradeWorX is hiring a Construction Laborer for a long-term residential site development project in Clinton, PA. You will join an established crew and perform physical outdoor labor to support site development and underground utility work.

Ideal candidates will have construction site experience, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Transportation to Clinton, PA is required; safety protocols and training will be provided to ensure a secure work environment.

TradeWorX is hiring a Construction Laborer for a long-term residential site development project in Clinton, PA. If you have experience working on construction sites and enjoy hands‑on outdoor work, we want to hear from you. You will work alongside an established construction crew, helping with daily site activities and supporting underground utility installation. You do not need to be an experienced pipelayer or heavy equipment operator. We are looking for someone who is dependable, ready to work, and comfortable performing physical construction labor.

• Pay & Overtime Pay: $25.00 per hour Overtime availability depends on project needs. Eligible overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law.

Schedule

• Long-term construction assignment with an immediate staffing need.
• Specific workdays, reporting times, and weekly hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
