Base pay ranges from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities for training, benefits, and career growth through diverse trades such as carpentry, equipment operation, and manual labor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old at date of hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Drug free (including THC related products)
• Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform entry-level construction tasks with supervision.
• Contribute to project completion and learn trade skills.
• Work with supervisors to gain knowledge of processes and management methods
