Responsibilities include site cleanup, tool operation, and following supervisor directions while maintaining safety and productivity. Requires a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation; one year of construction experience

• One year of construction experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites, including setup and takedown of temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Understand and use various construction tools and machines.
• Follow directions from site supervisors.
• Assist operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor as directed.
• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.
• Learn new skills with attention to detail.
• Work in diverse weather conditions.
• Use small construction tools as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
