Job summary

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking experienced Laborers to join our team in Helena, MT. The Construction Laborer performs general duties at residential, commercial, or industrial sites, assisting Carpenters and following Foreman supervision.

Responsibilities include material organization, tool maintenance, and site cleanup. Benefits include a strong package and employer-paid health insurance for employees and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential/commercial construction preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily work instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Retrieve supplies and materials for carpenters and crew.
• Assist with concrete work setup and disassembly.
• Cut framing materials using saws and tools.
• Grade lumber and keep materials organized on site.
• Assist carpenters with framing duties.
• Set up staging, scaffolding, and ladders safely.
• Prep and sand materials for staining/painting.
• Maintain and clean power and hand tools.
• Load/unload materials at job sites and keep trailer organized.
