Charah Solutions Inc. is seeking a construction site laborer to perform general labor tasks, assist with site operations, and help maintain a safe work environment. The role requires manual labor, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and compliance with safety regulations.

The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Prior construction exposure is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Safety awareness for on-site labor and equipment use.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and enduring extended periods standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as spotting trucks, using hand tools, installing silt fence and operating small equipment.
• Sweep and mop trailer floors, clean work areas and wash trucks.
• Flag vehicles in and out of the construction site.
• Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
