Responsibilities

Construction Laborer – Hand & Power Tools

Location: La Porte / Pasadena, TX Area

Pay: $16–$18/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Construction Laborer with hands-on experience using tools, measuring materials, and performing outdoor construction or installation work. This position involves assisting with the installation and assembly of commercial and industrial chain-link fencing, gates, posts, and related materials. Previous fence installation experience is a plus but not required. We are open to candidates with backgrounds in construction, landscape installation, concrete work, metal fabrication, or similar hands-on trades. We are not looking for someone with only basic warehouse or loading/unloading experience. Candidates should have practical experience working with tools and assisting with construction or installation projects.
