Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to climb and balance on scaffolds or ladders.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate hand/power tools (drills, hammers, etc.).
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris, dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment.
