Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an entry-level construction laborer at our Houston site. You will assist Foreman and craft workers, perform basic digging, lifting, and material handling tasks, and learn core construction skills under close supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with outdoor work in variable weather and physical demands. Prior construction exposure is preferred and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Related construction experience preferred (3+ years).
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Digging, spreading and leveling dirt, sand and gravel.
• Lift and carry construction materials and tools.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials.
• Join, wrap and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform routine non-machine tasks and assist with fusing of pipe.
