Job summary

Blythe Construction, Inc. is seeking skilled and unskilled laborers to join our team in a full-time capacity. Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends when required, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to learn to operate small power tools and heavy equipment.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience is preferred. Strong math skills are a plus. Safety and reliability are essential in our outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each Key Duty satisfactorily as described.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Must understand work directions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Able to work nights and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction labor on site.
• Learn to operate small power tools and eventually heavy equipment.
• Follow directions from job site supervisors.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site.
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
