Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Showing up on time and working as a team to complete the job in a timely manner.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Digging, backfilling, installing material.
• Following instructions from supervisors.
