Job summary

Charah Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Construction Laborer to join our site team. This entry-level role supports general labor tasks, operates hand tools, assists with site cleanup, and helps maintain safety on a dynamic construction site.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; a high school diploma is preferred. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum one-year experience working in a construction or similar environment preferred.
• General knowledge of construction and mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as spotting trucks, using hand tools (shovel, rake, post hole digger, etc.), installing silt fence and using small equipment
• Sweep and mop trailer floor, clean work area and wash trucks
• Flag vehicles in and out of the construction site
• Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
