Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors.
• Ability to safely navigate ladders and outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Dig trenches, compact earth and backfill holes.
• Operate and tend machinery and heavy equipment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and construction plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
