Job summary

Utilities One, based in Salem, Oregon, is seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our drilling crew. Responsibilities include assisting the Drill Locator and Operator with excavation tasks, operating construction equipment, and performing physical labor in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL is an advantage.
• Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer.
• Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Drill Locator & Operator with the installation of underground utilities.
• Perform preparatory work before drilling by eliminating obstacles.
• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.

Skills

Valid driver’s license
