Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work areas.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials with hand tools.
• Join, wrap, and seal sections of pipe.
• Perform routine non-machine tasks such as removing forms, filling expansion joints, placing culvert sections, assembling dredge pipeline, removing wallpaper, and laying railroad track.
• May spend time on one job or transfer between tasks as the project progresses.
