Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Experience: three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Dig, spread and level dirt, sand and gravel with manual tools.
• Assist equipment operators and help maintain grades as directed.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete and assisting in installation tasks.
• Operate power and air tools; install and maintain erosion control.
