Position Summary
We are seeking a Construction Laborer (Dewatering Technician) to join our field team. This
role is essential for managing groundwater on active construction sites. You will be
responsible for building and operating dewatering systems and supporting clients on
commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on commercial construction projects providing a key construction role
- Construct and operate dewatering systems, including filtration tanks and piping
- Install and maintain submersible pumps
- Operate, refuel, and monitor generators
- Conduct water quality sampling and write environmental reprots
- Operate a company vehicle to fulfill job duties
- Work alongside heavy equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of construction or field crew experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no DUIs)
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (6:30 AM 4:30 PM)
- Availability for overtime, night work, and on-call weekends (typically one per month)
