Responsibilities

• Must be able to travel 70% of time.
• Be a multi-faceted worker, capable of working in a production environment.
• Comply with ALL safety procedures at ALL times.
• Ability to work in both a shop and heavy highway construction zone environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work under immediate supervision of foreman or supervisor in charge.
• Perform other duties or functions as job requires.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours in a given week, including weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Exposure to outdoors, and working in adverse weather conditions.
• The individual must be able to wear all proper PPE to perform the given tasks. Minimum PPE required but not limited to: safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe boots, and reflective vests.

Experience

• 3 years of industrial cleaning or experience in a construction type environment, but not required.

Skills

• Communicate clearly with fellow workers and supervisors.
• Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Ability to learn and gain professional knowledge
• Ability to work with power tools and other mechanical devices.

Certifications or Licenses

• Valid driver’s license
• Individual must be able to pass a background check
• CDL A or B certification ( but not required)
• OSHA 10 certification ( but not required)
