Stratford Homes LP in Stratford, WI is seeking a Construction Laborer – 1st Shift. Starting pay $21.50 per hour with weekly pay and bonuses. Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:20 PM. Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and directions.
• Basic math, measurement and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials.
• Framing floors, walls, and roof structures.
• Installing siding, roofing, windows, and doors.
• Assisting with drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and interior trim.
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Follow work orders/blueprints, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

What You'll Do

As a Construction Laborer, you'll help build modular homes in our indoor manufacturing facility. Depending on your skills and assigned department, your responsibilities may include:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling building materials.
• Framing floors, walls, and roof structures.
• Installing siding, roofing, windows, and doors.
• Assisting with drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and interior trim.
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Follow work orders/blueprints, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Working with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and pay attention to detail.
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using or learning to use construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical construction work, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting materials.
• Dependable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:20 PM

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
• No job-related travel required.
