We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Residential Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the construction of custom new homes, barndominiums, and pole barns. This role involves a mix of general labour, site preparation, framing, assisting trades, and ensuring overall site safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction of custom homes, barndominiums, and pole barns from foundation to finish.

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to job sites.

• Prepare sites by cleaning and removing debris, hazards, and materials.

• Support framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and finishing crews as needed.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under supervision.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Dig trenches, install posts, or assist with concrete formwork and pouring.

• Operate light machinery such as skid steers, lifts, or compactors if certified.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent .

• Previous experience in residential or agricultural-style construction is an asset.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
