Job summary

No prior pest control experience? Our paid training program will teach you the skills you need to succeed and grow into leadership or management positions over time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days; company training provided.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and on roofs.
• Wear PPE including OSHA‑compliant respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
